At City Garden, we believe in caring for whole children and whole families. Sometimes we need support. Sometimes we are in a position to give it. Both are acts of strength.This space allows you to share what you need, or how you’d like to help, in a way that is thoughtful, confidential, and grounded in care.

How the Community Care Collective Works

‍The Community Care Collective is designed for care coordination, not public matching. If you request support, your form is reviewed confidentially by City Garden’s Family Support Team. If you offer support, your information helps staff understand what kinds of care may be available across our community. When appropriate, staff may reach out to coordinate next steps.All support is staff-mediated unless everyone involved explicitly agrees otherwise.
